Develops and supports resilient, secure, cloud-based software for Missile Defense System development, integration, and testing. Responsibilities include software library and architecture development, requirements management, hardware-in-the-loop and cloud testing, API and interface control management, artificial intelligence tooling, and technical engineering analysis. The role also supports containerization, DevSecOps, infrastructure as code, configuration management, and modernization of legacy applications within secure Department of Defense environments.

Lead digital ecosystem, cloud architecture, API integration, MBSE, AI-enabled systems, dashboards, tactical interoperability, and DevSecOps efforts supporting the Missile Defense Agency. Design secure data exchange architectures, integrate models and software, develop semantic data and AI-ready pipelines, support SysML-based engineering, build operational dashboards, and provide technical recommendations to government leadership.

Develops missile defense system capabilities for identifying lethal objects. Performs systems technical analysis, scientific support, requirements and concept-of-operations development, technical performance assessments, risk mitigation, electronic attack and protection modeling, and technology maturation planning. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and supports MDA Counter-Countermeasures and Discrimination Directorate initiatives involving radar signal processing, scheduling, object classification, and electronic protection.
