Lead systems engineering for Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) ground support systems: define and review requirements, assess cost/schedule impacts, coordinate with contractors and MDA stakeholders, translate standards and cybersecurity into requirements, and support verification and integration.

Lead systems engineering and program management for space technology maturation from concept through flight demonstration. Oversee requirements, design reviews (SRR/PDR/CDR), test plans, flight test support, risk management, cross-functional teams, and NASA interfacing to advance TRLs and meet schedule, cost, and performance objectives.

Lead C2BMC systems engineering support for flight test planning, requirements, and integration. Coordinate with MDA/DCC stakeholders, update test plans/configurations, assess test designs and dates, draft test inputs/reports, and support reviews and mission planning activities.
