Coordinates multiple restoration projects from claim setup through completion. Responsibilities include customer communication, estimator scheduling, contract signing, accounts receivable and collections, project reporting, payment tracking, timesheet accuracy, receipt management, and equipment returns. The role collaborates with project, compliance, and accounts receivable managers and may require overtime, on-call availability, and phone rotation during catastrophic events.
