Serves as the strategic HR partner for the Incident Based segment, aligning talent, performance, development, employee relations, engagement, compliance, and workforce planning with business and financial goals. Manages staffing, onboarding, performance reviews, merit and promotion processes, HRIS records, investigations, accommodations, leave administration, workers’ compensation, and engagement initiatives. Utilize MEP analysis software, Bluebeam, and Office tools while ensuring code compliance and inspection/commissioning activities.

Provide financial and valuation analysis supporting expert witness testimony and litigation consulting. Develop detailed financial models, analyze financial documents and large datasets, prepare schedules and reports, perform industry and economic research, review opposing expert work, and participate in client and counsel meetings.
