Serves as the strategic HR partner for the Incident Based segment, aligning talent, performance, development, employee relations, engagement, compliance, and workforce planning with business and financial goals. Manages staffing, onboarding, performance reviews, merit and promotion processes, HRIS records, investigations, accommodations, leave administration, workers’ compensation, and engagement initiatives. Leads HR integration for acquisitions and partners with segment leaders on organizational effectiveness, retention, and operational results.

Owns end-to-end integration of acquired firms and recruited expert teams from LOI through closing and the first 180 days. Builds and executes onboarding plans, playbooks, trackers, milestone reporting, retention plans, and value-creation initiatives. Coordinates Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Marketing, FP&A, founders, and functional leaders without direct authority. Reports progress, risks, and EBITDA performance to executives and sponsors while ensuring acquired firms achieve stabilization and completion targets.

Conduct forensic engineering investigations for insurance cases involving structural damage, construction defects, water intrusion, and failures. Analyze engineering reports, plans, records, photographs, and field information; perform site inspections, measurements, interviews, and documentation; communicate with clients; and prepare engineering reports and design documents. Work may involve roofs, crawlspaces, confined areas, outdoor conditions, and business travel.
