Oversee hotel food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, kitchens, and event spaces. Manage staff, guest service, inventory, labor and food costs, sanitation, cash handling, vendor communications, recruiting, training, and performance management. Drive profitability, maintain operational standards, solicit group business, and collaborate with hotel departments on marketing, menus, costing, and events.

Cleans hotel common areas, restrooms, hallways, breakfast areas, lobbies, and back offices. Dusts and sanitizes furniture, fixtures, equipment, and surfaces; assists other departments; responds to guest questions; follows hotel security procedures; and meets scheduled shifts and performance standards with minimal supervision.

Welcomes hotel guests, completes check-ins and check-outs, manages inquiries and reservations, provides local recommendations, handles payments accurately, resolves complaints, protects guest information, and supports other departments as needed.
