Manages engineering staff, maintains safety and regulatory records, resolves work problems, and supports guest satisfaction. Requires open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Oversee hotel food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, kitchens, and event spaces. Manage staff, guest service, inventory, labor and food costs, sanitation, cash handling, vendor communications, recruiting, training, and performance management. Drive profitability, maintain operational standards, solicit group business, and collaborate with hotel departments on marketing, menus, costing, and events.
