Own end-to-end delivery for one or two fiscal and legal product crews, such as invoicing or taxation. Translate roadmap priorities into executable engineering work, balance planned delivery with regulatory requirements, write detailed specifications, assess impact, and partner closely with engineering, compliance, and customer success. Help accelerate compliant launches across new countries while serving as a technical product partner for Apaleo’s API-first platform.

Design, implement and extend .NET backend services running in Docker, deliver end-to-end features (DB to APIs), write unit and e2e tests, monitor production, and collaborate across product and frontend teams to keep the platform scalable and maintainable.

Manage and optimize GTM systems and data (primarily HubSpot). Build AI-driven queries, automations, and agents to improve CRM hygiene, lead routing, and reporting. Diagnose funnel issues using unstructured data, maintain the GTM toolstack, document automations, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive pipeline and revenue.

The Staff Backend Engineer will architect and develop scalable backend systems, mentor other engineers, lead design discussions, and drive technical innovation with a focus on AI integration and operational performance improvements.

The Senior Software Engineer will implement core services in .NET, develop features, maintain code quality, monitor production services, and collaborate in an agile team.
