Conduct post-sale health checks, create reusable architecture assets, advise customers on hospitality technology, and provide product feedback. Partner with Sales, Account Management, Product, and customers to scope solutions, deliver reusable architectures, conduct post-sale health checks, and provide product feedback. The role requires hands-on API, automation, systems design, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills, along with fluent English and German and regular international travel.

Generate qualified sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn. Conduct discovery conversations, identify hospitality customer needs, meet monthly targets, engage decision-makers, collaborate with Account Executives, leverage partners for leads, and maintain accurate HubSpot data. The role requires fluent French and English communication, resilience, ownership, and interest in building a career toward Account Executive or other revenue roles.

Own and grow a portfolio of app, channel, sales, and implementation partners. Responsibilities include partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, relationship management, co-selling, demand generation, pipeline and ARR growth, QBRs, joint growth planning, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires commercial SaaS partnerships experience, strong communication and organizational skills, technical affinity with API- and AI-first products, and the ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Munich or Berlin.

Own end-to-end delivery for one or two fiscal and legal product crews, such as invoicing or taxation. Translate roadmap priorities into executable engineering work, balance planned delivery with regulatory requirements, write detailed specifications, assess impact, and partner closely with engineering, compliance, and customer success. Help accelerate compliant launches across new countries while serving as a technical product partner for Apaleo’s API-first platform.

The Staff Backend Engineer will architect and develop scalable backend systems, mentor other engineers, lead design discussions, and drive technical innovation with a focus on AI integration and operational performance improvements.

The Senior Software Engineer will implement core services in .NET, develop features, maintain code quality, monitor production services, and collaborate in an agile team.
