The Sales Solutions Manager supports complex sales by leading RFP discovery, responding to proposals, co-presenting contextual demos, and positioning SaaS integrations, AI capabilities, and ROI. They manage demo environments, create sales playbooks, train account executives, collaborate with partners and internal teams, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering. The role requires strong technical communication, project management, customer focus, German and English fluency, and familiarity with hospitality technology or property management systems.

Leads and develops engineering teams while owning delivery, technical strategy, engineering standards, operational readiness, and team health. Partners with Product, Design, and technical leaders on roadmaps and long-term architecture. Drives hiring, onboarding, talent development, DORA improvements, incident practices, and AI-driven development processes while remaining technically hands-on.
