Owns complex deal review and approval, pricing, commercial terms, legal coordination, and the process from signed contract to go-live. The role builds a new deal desk function, identifies and removes revenue-launch blockers, improves commercial risk management, and automates workflows across billing, contract, CRM, and AI tools. Success is measured by faster time to live revenue, reduced manual intervention, and shorter non-standard deal review cycles.

Design, implement and extend .NET backend services running in Docker, deliver end-to-end features (DB to APIs), write unit and e2e tests, monitor production, and collaborate across product and frontend teams to keep the platform scalable and maintainable.

Manage and optimize GTM systems and data (primarily HubSpot). Build AI-driven queries, automations, and agents to improve CRM hygiene, lead routing, and reporting. Diagnose funnel issues using unstructured data, maintain the GTM toolstack, document automations, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive pipeline and revenue.
