Uses lived experience to build trust, resilience, wellness skills, self-advocacy, and person-centered recovery goals. Supports peers in coordinating with case managers and clinicians, develops crisis and post-crisis plans, facilitates individual or group skill-building, shares recovery strategies, and completes timely service documentation.

Support Staff performs basic office duties, including answering phones, assisting with scheduling, conducting client financial assessments, and maintaining office systems while ensuring client confidentiality and rights.

Perform pre-billing, process outpatient claims and EOBs, post payments, rebill copays/deductibles, manage denials and follow-up, review aged receivables, and coordinate with clinical and utilization review staff.

Coordinates admission and discharge processes for inpatient behavioral health clients, documents treatment plans and progress notes, conducts psychosocial and suicide risk assessments, provides case management and individual supportive counseling, schedules follow-up appointments, and ensures timely completion of intake and discharge documentation.

Provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric care including evaluations, medication management, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), individualized treatment planning, documentation, integrated care coordination, and supervision of outpatient LPN. Participate in team meetings, quality improvement, and maintain productivity standards and required certifications.

Provide vocational and educational support to individuals with first-episode psychosis using the NAVIGATE SEE model: set SEE goals, deliver job search and interview coaching, coordinate with families and treatment team, develop and update individualized client service plans, document progress in Avatar, assist with SSI/SSDI needs, and provide job coaching and follow-along supports in office and community settings.
