Provides psychiatric nursing, case management, medication administration, patient assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, treatment planning, health education, referrals, and documentation for youth and families with behavioral health and complex medical needs. Monitors medication effects and patient progress, coordinates with providers, supports clients in office and community settings, and participates in quality improvement activities.

Provides direct supervision and supportive care to behavioral health patients, assists with daily living activities, meals, ambulation, treatment-plan activities, medication self-administration, admissions, orientation, documentation, and unit safety procedures.

Provides case management and behavioral health support to clients recovering from psychiatric and substance abuse conditions. Identifies community resources, coordinates care and referrals, develops service plans, completes assessments, supports SSI/SSDI access, documents services, and conducts suicide risk assessments and safety planning under clinical supervision.
