Provide HR administrative support including maintaining HR file room, covering HR front desk, participating in job fairs, posting positions to job boards, preparing new-hire paperwork, and completing assigned daily HR tasks under supervisor direction.

Perform pre-billing, process outpatient claims and EOBs, post payments, rebill copays/deductibles, manage denials and follow-up, review aged receivables, and coordinate with clinical and utilization review staff.

Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, HRIS data entry, background and drug screening, unemployment claims support, intern placement, position descriptions, performance review processes, exit/stay interviews, HR policy/procedure updates, and provide backup to the Director of HR.
