Design omnichannel customer journeys, segmentation, real-time personalised experiences, data requirements, experimentation (A/B, multivariate, holdouts), compliance (GDPR/PECR), reporting and cross-functional delivery to drive acquisition, retention, loyalty and lifetime value.

Lead design and delivery of a cloud data platform and ingestion pipelines for a healthcare account. Own platform architecture, enforce engineering standards (Git, CI/CD, environment management), embed data quality, mentor and line-manage engineers, drive Agile delivery, automate workflows, and translate business requirements into deliverable data products and governed semantic reporting.

Lead UK monthly forecasting, produce Management and Board reports, reconcile actuals vs forecasts, assist consolidated balance sheet and audits, support ERP implementation, and improve finance processes while supporting Head of Finance with ad-hoc tasks.
