Develop high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and native iOS and Android technologies. Own features from architecture through release, collaborate with designers, product owners, and backend teams, improve app performance, and contribute to agile planning and backlog development. The role requires mobile architecture expertise, testing and lifecycle knowledge, and familiarity with Firebase and Google Cloud.

Generate new business opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting across international markets. Research target accounts, engage senior decision-makers via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels, and generate qualified sales meetings. Manage activity pipelines in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesloft, collaborate with Growth Directors and Marketing, attend industry events, and continuously optimize outreach to exceed activity and pipeline targets.

Own strategy and lifecycle outcomes for complex client digital products, from discovery through launch and optimisation. Build outcome-led roadmaps, investment cases, and product economics; lead research, stakeholder alignment, adoption, and growth initiatives. Manage and develop Senior Product Owners while collaborating with engineering, design, data, AI, project, commercial, and client teams. Apply AI responsibly to improve strategic analysis and identify valuable AI-enabled product opportunities.
