The Assistant Finance Director oversees accounting and financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, payroll, budgeting, cash flow, reconciliations, reporting, internal controls, audits, grants, and regulatory compliance. The role supervises finance staff, coordinates financial audits, prepares federal and state reports, manages indirect cost rates, supports the CFO, and collaborates with organizational leaders on financial planning and resource allocation.
