Leads human resources operations, including HRMS administration, personnel records, credentialing, onboarding, benefits documentation, training, recruiting coordination, employee relations, compliance, and HR reporting. Supervises training staff, maintains data integrity, supports personnel budgeting, develops workforce initiatives, and ensures compliance with tribal, state, federal, healthcare, and organizational policies.

Provides executive leadership for enterprise IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, EHR systems, cloud services, vendors, budgets, and multi-site operations. Serves as the organization’s technology leader and CISO, overseeing HIPAA and regulatory compliance, incident response, risk assessments, disaster recovery, network and endpoint security, IT projects, staff development, and technology support across clinical, residential, administrative, and remote environments.

Provides behavioral health case management for children, adolescents, and adults, including referrals, transportation, outreach, assessments, treatment-plan updates, documentation, advocacy, and coordination with clinical teams, families, schools, courts, and community agencies. Facilitates education and skills programs, supports client access to services, conducts community-based visits, and applies trauma-informed, culturally aware care while serving clients with complex behavioral health needs.
