Provides school-based and community mental health services for children, adolescents, families, and adults. Responsibilities include assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, individual, family, and group counseling, case coordination, referrals, client advocacy, documentation, and collaboration with schools and community agencies. The clinician manages a caseload, participates in clinical staffing, maintains regulatory compliance, provides on-call coverage, and uses trauma-informed, culturally aware care.

Coordinates community work projects and employment-support services for program participants. Responsibilities include client transportation, referrals, outreach, resource connections, worksite oversight, staff and volunteer support, scheduling, safety monitoring, inventory management, reporting, and maintaining records in CMMS. The role collaborates with career coaches, case managers, therapists, community organizations, and other stakeholders to support participant independence, employment readiness, and project completion.

Provides assessment, counseling, skills training, treatment planning, referrals, and advocacy for children ages 0–5 and their families. Manages a behavioral health caseload, delivers individual, family, and group services, coordinates with schools and community agencies, maintains compliant records, and participates in clinical staffing and on-call rotations. Services are delivered in clinics, homes, schools, shelters, and community settings using trauma-informed and culturally aware practices.
