Maintains contract playbooks, templates, and lifecycle systems while supporting government-contract flow-downs, export controls, cybersecurity requirements, compliance projects, procurement, and vendor risk review. Partners with legal, sales, finance, supply chain, production, and engineering teams, escalating novel or high-risk matters to the General Counsel.

Owns commercial contracting across customer, vendor, supply, subcontract, and teaming agreements. Negotiates directly with business partners, builds scalable contract templates and approval processes, and implements contract lifecycle management. Advises on California employment matters, corporate governance, financing diligence, export controls, government-contracting flow-downs, and data-security obligations. Requires independent judgment, strong commercial legal experience, California bar eligibility, and onsite work in Torrance, California.
