Own end-to-end RF hardware design for space radios, from architecture, schematics, layout, and PCB implementation through bring-up, characterization, qualification, and flight. Design RF chains, manage cascade performance, select space-grade components, and lead failure analysis. Establish verification and documentation standards while mentoring engineers and serving as the technical authority for high-reliability radio hardware.

Leads RF hardware engineering across space radio programs, owning technical direction, delivery, design quality, verification, hiring, team development, and process scalability. Participates in architecture reviews, schematic reviews, failure investigations, and cross-functional work with FPGA/DSP, software, mechanical, manufacturing, test, and supply chain teams. Represents RF engineering with customers, government programs, primes, and partners.

Owns commercial contract operations, including intake, drafting, review, redlining, execution, obligation tracking, renewals, and records management. Maintains contract playbooks, templates, and lifecycle systems while supporting government-contract flow-downs, export controls, cybersecurity requirements, compliance projects, procurement, and vendor risk review. Partners with legal, sales, finance, supply chain, production, and engineering teams, escalating novel or high-risk matters to the General Counsel.
