Supervise and manage daily operations of the Parents as Teachers program: recruit, train, and evaluate staff; assign caseloads; ensure program compliance and quality assurance; monitor performance metrics; collaborate across teams; support program procedures and resource needs; handle referrals, waitlists, and troubleshooting.

Support the development team with fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship and database management, prospect research, grant drafting, event and volunteer coordination, and general office support under CDO supervision. Gain hands-on nonprofit fundraising and administrative experience.
