Lead development and execution of Anthos|Home’s communications and brand strategy. Manage external and internal communications, content creation, media and stakeholder relations, website and social channels, and communications infrastructure. Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, Programs, and Operations and support executive communications and fundraising materials.

Provide high-impact executive support to the Chief of Staff, CEO, and senior leadership; prepare briefings and meeting materials; support policy research and advocacy writing; build and maintain SharePoint records and administrative systems; automate workflows using AI tools; update website and draft social media; collaborate cross-team to track priorities and follow-ups, enabling a small nonprofit to scale operations.

Provide one-on-one and group employment and education coaching to participants with housing vouchers. Help set and reach employment/education milestones, connect to NYC workforce and training resources, facilitate workshops, develop partnerships, make warm referrals, coordinate with Aftercare team, and maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce and other systems.

Support the development team by managing donor data and operations (Salesforce, SharePoint), processing gifts, tracking grants and financial reconciliation, producing reports and dashboards, conducting prospect research, drafting proposals and reports, preparing donor meeting materials, and stewarding donor relationships.

Serve as primary liaison for voucher-holders, landlords, and partner agencies to coordinate viewings, applications, leases, and move-ins; maintain case notes; respond to emergencies; advocate for participants and support cross-team housing placements.

Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and grant invoicing. Supervise financial analysts, ensure compliance and audit readiness, partner with Development and Operations on restricted funding, and improve financial controls and processes.

Provide year-long post-move-in support to housing voucher participants through monthly phone check-ins and quarterly in-unit visits, coordinate community resources and support networks, assist with voucher recertification, document case notes in Salesforce, and respond to tenant-related emergencies to ensure housing stability.

Lead compliance and government contracting for a nonprofit: manage contract and grant compliance, monitor and submit RFP/RFQ responses, maintain procurement registrations, develop proposal content and budgets, implement program monitoring and auditing, oversee incident review documentation, and support board governance and organizational recordkeeping.

Provide logistical and administrative support for Aftercare: coordinate move-in logistics, third-party vendors, landlord communication, in-person check/key handoffs across NYC, maintain Salesforce and tracking systems, reconcile receipts, assist with data entry and reporting, and support team operations during high-volume periods.

Provide year-long, light-touch aftercare to housing voucher participants: monthly phone check-ins, quarterly in-unit visits, tenancy stabilization, referrals, voucher recertification support beginning month eight, liaison with providers and support network, emergency response during business hours and after hours, and maintain accurate Salesforce documentation.

Provide warm, bilingual phone-based aftercare: conduct monthly check-ins, answer participant calls, refer to community resources, escalate complex issues, and maintain accurate Salesforce documentation to support housing stability.

Provide voluntary, light-touch post-move-in support to SHARE voucher holders: proactive outreach, regular check-ins, virtual office hours, referrals, tenancy mediation, lease/recertification assistance, crisis response, documentation in Salesforce, and development of multilingual participant materials.
