Supports philanthropic revenue operations, including Salesforce data management, gift processing, reporting, reconciliation, prospect research, grant proposals and reports, donor meeting preparation, stewardship, and moves management. The role collaborates with program, accounting, and development teams to maintain accurate records, translate program outcomes into funder-facing narratives, track deadlines, and support donor engagement.

Provides benefits navigation and advocacy for NYC housing voucher participants, including eligibility screening, applications, appeals, recertifications, and agency accompaniment. Supports financial stability through budgeting, arrears assistance, repayment planning, credit building, and workshops. Develops referral partnerships, makes warm handoffs, coordinates with aftercare teams, documents cases in Salesforce, and tracks outcomes. This hybrid role requires regular travel across New York City and occasional evening or weekend flexibility.

Supervise the Applications & Submissions team responsible for accurate, timely housing subsidy applications, leases, payment processing, and vendor records. Conduct quality reviews, manage complex cases and agency escalations, monitor KPIs, coach staff, ensure compliance, and implement process improvements. The role collaborates with finance, housing, property, nonprofit, and government stakeholders while maintaining data integrity and supporting reporting and dashboard development.

Provide logistical and administrative support for Aftercare: coordinate move-in logistics, third-party vendors, landlord communication, in-person check/key handoffs across NYC, maintain Salesforce and tracking systems, reconcile receipts, assist with data entry and reporting, and support team operations during high-volume periods.

Manage contract lifecycle with property owners, brokers, and vendors; process payments and reimbursements; maintain financial records; design dashboards and reports in Salesforce/Nexonia/DocLink; ensure data integrity and cross-functional compliance; support administrative operations and confidential recordkeeping.

Provide voluntary, light-touch post-move-in support to SHARE voucher holders: proactive outreach, regular check-ins, virtual office hours, referrals, tenancy mediation, lease/recertification assistance, crisis response, documentation in Salesforce, and development of multilingual participant materials.

Lead development and execution of Anthos|Home’s communications and brand strategy. Manage external and internal communications, content creation, media and stakeholder relations, website and social channels, and communications infrastructure. Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, Programs, and Operations and support executive communications and fundraising materials.

Lead compliance and government contracting for a nonprofit: manage contract and grant compliance, monitor and submit RFP/RFQ responses, maintain procurement registrations, develop proposal content and budgets, implement program monitoring and auditing, oversee incident review documentation, and support board governance and organizational recordkeeping.
