Own People Operations processes across onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, HRIS updates, PTO tracking, employee records, engagement, and performance programs. Coordinate recruiting activities, support co-founders and cross-functional administrative projects, and improve scalable People and business operations workflows. Serve as a reliable first point of contact while handling sensitive information with discretion in a remote-first startup environment.

Own commercial operations across deal desk, pricing, contracting, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, OKRs, CRM data, AI-driven workflows, account planning, and leadership reporting. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal to standardize commercial processes, improve data quality, manage complex deals, and surface actionable business insights. The role also supports sales materials and recurring pipeline and forecast reviews.

Design, prototype, and ship production ML models and LLM-powered pipelines on large, messy datasets. Build evaluable, scalable data products, improve core Python data-science libraries, collaborate cross-functionally, and present R&D findings to stakeholders.

The Strategic Account Director is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing executive relationships with enterprise accounts, developing account strategies, collaborating with internal teams, and executing new opportunities for expansion.

Deliver standard and custom data sets and reports by leveraging Antenna's data pipeline. Own recurring data requests, build reusable SQL and Looker assets, peer-review deliverables, and collaborate with Insights, Client Services, Sales, and Marketing to ensure high data quality and timely delivery.

The Senior Insights Analyst will analyze data to provide insights into the subscription economy, present findings, support reports, and manage projects while mentoring junior team members.

Own reliability, release, and customer-facing correctness of Antenna's core data products. Partner with commercial teams to design data solutions, manage end-to-end product releases, build proactive data-quality monitoring, perform root-cause analyses, and deploy strategic improvements to maximize data quality and business impact. Mentor teammates and align Data Ops with customer objectives.
