Own day-to-day commercial operations: manage SOWs and contracts, maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene, issue invoices and track collections, produce recurring performance and forecast/pipeline reports, run OKR reporting cadence, and coordinate partnership pipelines. Identify stalled deals, documentation gaps, and process improvements while partnering with sales, finance, and leadership.

Design, prototype, and ship production ML models and LLM-powered pipelines on large, messy datasets. Build evaluable, scalable data products, improve core Python data-science libraries, collaborate cross-functionally, and present R&D findings to stakeholders.

The Customer Success Manager at Antenna will manage critical customer relationships, ensuring engagement and growth through tailored applications of Antenna's data and products.
