The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will develop manufacturing processes, ensure manufacturability, oversee production from prototype to serial production, and improve efficiencies in nuclear reactor assembly.

Design, develop, and test electrical instrumentation, control, and power distribution systems for microreactors. Create schematics, wiring diagrams, and interface definitions; support hazard analysis, HIL/HITL and bench testing; participate in design reviews and prepare I&C documentation for DOE/NRC licensing. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure safety, performance, and regulatory compliance.

Design, build, and own test infrastructure and test plans for microreactor components. Develop instrumentation, execute thermal and mechanical tests, analyze data, create CAD schematics, document processes, lead readiness reviews, mentor teammates, and support root-cause investigations and corrective actions.

Lead administration and evolution of the Siemens NX CAD ecosystem: develop standards, automation, Check‑Mate rules, manage large assemblies, reusable libraries, produce manufacturing-ready drawings, enforce best practices, support PDM workflows, and partner with engineers on mechanical parts and complex assemblies for a nuclear microreactor.

Provide hands-on IT support and systems administration across endpoints, identity, network infrastructure, collaboration tools, cloud services, and internal apps. Maintain security, compliance, imaging/patching, monitoring, and documentation to support engineering, manufacturing, and business teams in a regulated, government-facing environment.

Lead design and analysis of the Reactor Cavity Cooling System (RCCS): perform thermal-fluid, piping, and structural sizing and optimization; define system architecture and limits; produce design documentation and test plans; coordinate cross-functionally; support fabrication, supplier selection, and testing; serve as Responsible Engineer and present technical work through design, licensing, and deployment.

Lead Antares' visual identity and produce photography, video, and design. Create content for social, web, press, events, and executive communications; direct agencies and vendors; drive creative vision for campaigns; establish brand standards and design systems; work cross-functionally and operate in secure industrial environments.

Develop and maintain real-time embedded firmware for microcontrollers and instrumentation used in microreactor control. Implement device drivers and communication protocols, support hardware bring-up and debugging, create test plans and verification, collaborate across electrical, controls, systems, and safety teams, and implement fault detection and safe-state logic for qualification and deployment.

Lead systems engineering across reactor design, validation, and operation. Develop and manage requirements, validation processes, design-review workflows, and reliability/risk analyses. Drive failure-mode identification, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, performance, and regulatory/code compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

The Manufacturing Engineer will develop manufacturing processes for nuclear reactor sub-systems, focusing on parts manufacturability, process qualifications, and collaboration across teams for design improvements.

Design, implement, test, and validate firmware for microcontroller and embedded platforms that interface with sensors, actuators, DAQs, and communication buses. Lead hardware bring-up, board-level debugging, fault handling, telemetry, and HIL testing while collaborating with electrical, controls, safety, and test teams to ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

The R&D Machinist I will operate CNC mills and lathes, troubleshoot machinery, and provide feedback to engineering while working on high-tech materials.

The Senior Build Quality Engineer develops and implements quality processes, ensures industry standards adherence, and drives quality assurance within the supply chain.

Serve as a senior HR business partner advising leaders and employees on people operations, employee relations, talent planning, performance, organizational design, compliance, and change management. Build scalable HR policies and processes, lead lifecycle processes (promotions, leaves, offboarding), enable manager coaching and leadership development, and leverage people analytics to inform workforce decisions. Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, People Ops, Legal, Finance, and IT.

Build and scale the accounting function: own month-end/quarter/annual close, ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, lead technical accounting (revenue, stock comp, leases), implement controls and ERPs, support audits/tax, develop manufacturing and government contract accounting, and partner across Finance, Engineering, and Operations.

Serve as the first in-house attorney building Antares' legal and compliance foundation. Advise leadership across contracts, government-funded programs, export controls (ITAR/EAR), corporate governance, IP, and risk. Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, create scalable contract templates and playbooks, manage external counsel, and develop export controls and compliance programs. Provide day-to-day business-oriented legal support to enable rapid execution while ensuring regulatory compliance.
