Build and scale the accounting function: own month-end/quarter/annual close, ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, lead technical accounting (revenue, stock comp, leases), implement controls and ERPs, support audits/tax, develop manufacturing and government contract accounting, and partner across Finance, Engineering, and Operations.

Serve as a senior HR business partner advising leaders and employees on people operations, employee relations, talent planning, performance, organizational design, compliance, and change management. Build scalable HR policies and processes, lead lifecycle processes (promotions, leaves, offboarding), enable manager coaching and leadership development, and leverage people analytics to inform workforce decisions. Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, People Ops, Legal, Finance, and IT.

The Senior Build Quality Engineer develops and implements quality processes, ensures industry standards adherence, and drives quality assurance within the supply chain.

Lead the design and ownership of the plant high-power electrical architecture including the common DC bus, scaling and protection strategies, supplier selection, high-power test rig development, fault behavior analysis, and driving roadmap and integration of battery, DC/DC converters, and grid-tied inverters. Define requirements, validate vendor components, run test campaigns, and translate results into architecture and procurement decisions.

Lead electrical requirements for reactor I&C systems: capture and decompose requirements, own ICDs, drive FMEA and test/qualification plans, support licensing and site interconnection, and translate customer needs into verifiable hardware and interface requirements. Bridge controls software and physical hardware, influence design reviews, and ensure regulatory defensibility.

Lead Antares' visual identity and produce photography, video, and design. Create content for social, web, press, events, and executive communications; direct agencies and vendors; drive creative vision for campaigns; establish brand standards and design systems; work cross-functionally and operate in secure industrial environments.

Design, document, and release wire harnesses end-to-end: 3D routing, schematics, connector and wire selection, and safety-class qualification. Own the toolchain, BOM, PLM/ECO process, supplier qualification, and in-house build operations, including technician supervision, training, and first-article support.

Design, build, and own test infrastructure and test plans for microreactor components. Develop instrumentation, execute thermal and mechanical tests, analyze data, create CAD schematics, document processes, lead readiness reviews, mentor teammates, and support root-cause investigations and corrective actions.

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot multi-axis CNC mills and live-tooling lathes to prototype and produce development hardware and test fixtures. Monitor and replace cutting tools, deburr parts, document processes, provide manufacturability feedback to engineers, and work with graphite, stainless, and high-temperature alloys to support R&D milestones.
