Teams at Antares

Lead development of assembly and manufacturing processes for reactor assemblies from release through integration. Create process flows, tooling, mBOMs, and documentation; work with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot on the floor, support readiness reviews, and mentor junior engineers to scale prototype hardware into production.

Lead Antares' international business development for microreactors: identify markets, build pipelines, develop market-entry and regulatory strategies, cultivate government and commercial partnerships, support negotiations and deal closure, and coordinate cross-functional teams on financing, regulatory, and commercial execution.

Design, implement, test, and validate firmware for microcontroller and embedded platforms that interface with sensors, actuators, DAQs, and communication buses. Lead hardware bring-up, board-level debugging, fault handling, telemetry, and HIL testing while collaborating with electrical, controls, safety, and test teams to ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
