Design, develop, and test electrical instrumentation, control, and power distribution systems for microreactors. Create schematics, wiring diagrams, and interface definitions; support hazard analysis, HIL/HITL and bench testing; participate in design reviews and prepare I&C documentation for DOE/NRC licensing. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure safety, performance, and regulatory compliance.

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will develop manufacturing processes, ensure manufacturability, oversee production from prototype to serial production, and improve efficiencies in nuclear reactor assembly.

Lead design and analysis of the Reactor Cavity Cooling System (RCCS): perform thermal-fluid, piping, and structural sizing and optimization; define system architecture and limits; produce design documentation and test plans; coordinate cross-functionally; support fabrication, supplier selection, and testing; serve as Responsible Engineer and present technical work through design, licensing, and deployment.
