Supports sourcing technical components and materials for nuclear reactor systems. Partners with Supply Chain and Engineering teams on technical procurement, supplier development, and translating engineering requirements into sourcing activities. Contributes to hands-on supply chain projects in an onsite environment.

Lead supply chain strategy for complex nuclear energy systems, including supplier identification and development, design-for-manufacturing reviews, quality coordination, make-versus-buy analysis, should-cost modeling, performance reporting, and prototype hardware execution. The role supports scaling from prototyping to full-rate production across commodities such as machined components, controls, shielding, thermal management, turbomachinery, and fuel.

Develop and execute supply chain strategies for complex microreactor components, including supplier identification, qualification, onboarding, supplier quality, design-for-manufacturability feedback, make-versus-buy analysis, should-costing, metrics, and prototype hardware delivery. The role partners closely with engineering and quality teams to mature suppliers and scale production from prototyping to full-rate manufacturing.
