Provide onsite diagnostic radiology services, interpreting X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, and neuroimaging studies. Prepares and monitors patients, operates imaging equipment, ensures image quality and radiation safety, administers authorized contrast agents, manages PACS and VA documentation, tracks radiation doses, maintains infection-control standards, troubleshoots equipment, and participates in quality improvement. Supports biopsies, drainages, 3D reconstruction, and physician notification when patient conditions change.

Performs full-body diagnostic radiography and specialized imaging procedures, including myelography, gastrointestinal studies, arteriography, and arthrography. Sets up radiographic suites, prepares contrast materials, monitors patient vital signs, positions and transfers patients, manages imaging records through PACS, and enters patient information into VISTA. Maintains sterile supplies and performs related clerical duties.

Provide inpatient and outpatient gastroenterology care at the Boise VA Medical Center, including consultations, diagnosis, treatment planning, follow-up, GI procedures, call coverage, documentation, trainee supervision, patient education, and participation in credentialing and medical staff activities.

Provides comprehensive psychiatric care across outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and consultation settings for VA beneficiaries. Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment, documentation, orders, after-hours consultations, inpatient coverage, supervision of trainees and advanced practice providers, and peer review participation.

Provide comprehensive cardiac evaluations, treatment, consultations, urgent assessments, and interventions for patients at the NIH. Support and supervise fellows, residents, students, and nurse practitioners; address adverse treatment responses; and participate in quality improvement and customer service initiatives. Multiple schedules, including full-time and PRN, are available.

Provide independent diagnostic radiology services including image interpretation, image-guided procedures, and patient care. Oversee technical image quality, radiation and MRI safety, medication administration, infection control, and participate in quality assurance, education, committees, and clinical conferences to support VA clinical operations.

Design, build, modernize, and maintain enterprise Power Platform and Microsoft 365 applications for VA Specialty Care. Convert Excel budget tools to Dataverse/Power Apps, implement Power Automate workflows, integrate with VA systems, ensure security/compliance, support environments, produce documentation and training, and provide ongoing support for financial and budgeting workflows.

Support VHA specialty care programs with enterprise data management, BI, reporting, and automation. Build Power BI dashboards, automate data acquisition with Microsoft Power Platform, integrate solutions with VA systems, analyze healthcare/financial data, and produce executive reporting, documentation, and training to support decision-making and performance improvement.

Operate EEG equipment and perform EEG and EP procedures, analyze data, document results, and collaborate with clinical teams. Ensure patient care and compliance with safety protocols.
