Designs, develops, and maintains enterprise Power Platform applications using Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages. Responsibilities include data modeling, security configuration, C# plugins, custom APIs, integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure, and external systems, performance optimization, data migration, ALM pipelines, DevOps, governance, documentation, and mentoring. The role also contributes to solution architecture and supports scalable, secure, high-performance business solutions.

Manage software projects from scope definition through delivery, coordinating clients, developers, QA teams, vendors, budgets, schedules, risks, and resources. Lead Scrum ceremonies, define OKRs, monitor task and project performance, manage scope changes, document requirements, and report progress. Conduct team development activities, including one-on-ones, performance evaluations, feedback, and task delegation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications using .NET Core. Build RESTful APIs and dynamic interfaces with Angular, React, or Vue.js; implement authentication and authorization; conduct code reviews; identify technical risks; collaborate with stakeholders; and mentor junior developers. The role also requires database integration, clean coding practices, Agile collaboration, and staying current with technology trends.
