Designs instructor-led, virtual, digital, and asynchronous learning solutions; develops eLearning, guides, job aids, and toolkits; researches emerging technologies and AI applications; and pilots scalable innovations. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, manages project plans and risks, facilitates sessions, influences without direct authority, and provides recommendations aligned with department strategy.

Leads People Operations across LATAM, serving as the primary HR contact for Mexico. Coordinates employee lifecycle processes, HR records, payroll support, performance and development programs, employee engagement, recruiting, reporting, and local implementation of global People initiatives. Partners with U.S. People teams, LATAM leaders, Finance, Legal, benefits providers, and vendors while supporting Mexican employment practices and maintaining confidentiality.

Leads civil engineering design and construction plan development for site development, grading, drainage, and stormwater projects. Uses AutoCAD and Civil 3D to produce detailed 2D and 3D plans, coordinates with survey and engineering disciplines, resolves design challenges, maintains CAD standards, ensures design quality, and mentors junior designers.

Perform power system modeling and analyses (load flow, short circuit, arc flash, grounding, ampacity) for solar, battery storage, and substation projects. Review electrical drawings and specs, coordinate with lead engineer, ensure compliance with NEC/IEEE/NFPA/NERC, and use tools like ETAP, WINIGS, CYMCAP, PSCAD/PSSE for studies.

Assist geotechnical lab operations by preparing soil/rock samples, performing ASTM/AASHTO tests, maintaining workstations, recording accurate data, following safety protocols, and supporting day-to-day lab logistics.

Support day-to-day project operations by tracking and scheduling engineering deliverables across civil, structural, and electrical disciplines. Maintain technical data and documentation, QC submittals against master lists, coordinate between project management and engineering teams, assist reporting and KPI/timesheet tracking, and identify process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency across projects.
