Own and execute compensation, benefits, HR operations, and HRIS processes. Manage benchmarking, merit/bonus cycles, benefits administration, leave management, HR data integrity, reporting, compliance, and payroll backup while improving processes and supporting a multi-office, project-based workforce.

Lead power system studies for solar, battery storage, and substation projects including feasibility, modeling, load flow, short-circuit, stability, protective device coordination, arc-flash, grounding, harmonics, and cable shield analyses; review drawings/specs for NEC/IEEE/NFPA/NERC compliance, mentor staff, and support proposals/business development.

Lead electrical design for solar and battery storage projects, perform feasibility studies and power system modeling, produce and review electrical drawings and specifications, ensure compliance with NEC/IEEE/NFPA/NERC, stamp engineering drawings, mentor teams, and contribute technical input to business development and proposals.
