Develop scalable backend applications, REST APIs, event-driven services, data pipelines, and AI/NLP integrations using Python and Node.js. Design AWS cloud architectures, databases, CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and Kubernetes deployments. Optimize performance, reliability, security, and costs while participating in architecture discussions, code reviews, mentoring, sprint planning, and cross-functional delivery.

Own product strategy, roadmap, backlog, requirements, agile delivery, releases, and measurable improvements for US health-plan products supporting risk adjustment, HCC coding, medical-record retrieval, and payer workflows. Partner with clinical, engineering, design, data, compliance, operations, and go-to-market teams. Apply knowledge of payer operations, coding, regulatory requirements, healthcare data, HIPAA considerations, and product analytics to improve adoption, workflow efficiency, coding quality, and operational outcomes.

Call US healthcare providers and businesses to facilitate record retrieval, research information accuracy, document case progress, and coordinate with stakeholders. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, discipline, willingness to work US shifts, and ongoing process improvement. Prior US healthcare voice-process experience is advantageous but not required.

Design, deploy, and manage secure, highly available AWS and Amazon EKS platforms across multiple environments. Build CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code automation, optimize Kubernetes and database performance, support GPU-based LLM inference, and implement monitoring, disaster recovery, security, compliance, and cloud cost optimization. Collaborate with software, AI/ML, architecture, and security teams to operate resilient enterprise-scale platforms.

Develop responsive, scalable enterprise web applications using React and modern frontend technologies. Build reusable components, integrate REST APIs and backend services, optimize performance for large PDFs, images, and datasets, and implement document rendering features such as virtual scrolling and incremental loading. Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, security, testing, and cross-browser compatibility. Collaborate with designers, backend and AI/ML engineers, product managers, and QA teams while contributing to Agile development, code reviews, and mentoring.
