Lead end-to-end accounting operations including AP, payroll, and disbursements for a multi-entity, acquisition-driven healthcare platform. Build standardized, scalable processes, enforce controls and SLAs, manage systems and automations (NetSuite, Ramp, payroll platforms), support month-end close and audits, forecast cash outflows, and hire/coach the accounting operations team while partnering cross-functionally on payroll and payment matters.

Serve as the client-facing cornerstone: manage scheduling, confirmations, multi-line phone inquiries, POS transactions, client records, retail sales, reception presentation, staff coordination, inventory, onboarding, and client education on skincare and injectables.

Own operational and financial performance for a subset of multi-site medspa and functional health clinics. Drive P&L outcomes, set and track KPIs, coach clinic managers, lead integrations for acquisitions, partner on diligence and 100-day plans, improve EMR utilization and clinical reporting, manage vendors and compliance, and execute growth initiatives across service lines and operational efficiencies.

Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into booked appointments, follow up missed calls and web inquiries, manage scheduling across locations using CRM/practice management software, document client interactions, coordinate handoffs with clinic teams, track conversion metrics, and support promotional outreach.

Provide a high-touch front desk experience at a luxury medspa: greet clients, manage check-ins/check-outs, schedule appointments, answer inquiries, maintain patient records, assist with administrative tasks, support treatment planning and retail sales, and perform opening/closing duties to keep the clinic welcoming and organized.

Support full-cycle recruiting and HR operations for a multi-location med spa. Build candidate pipelines, conduct screenings, manage interview processes, own end-to-end onboarding, handle employee inquiries and offboarding, track recruiting metrics, and partner with clinic leaders to improve hiring and employee experience.

Lead operational and strategic management of a $20M, five-clinic portfolio in Los Angeles. Own P&L, coach Clinic Managers, drive integrations (Zenoti EMR), implement SOPs, manage vendors, ensure compliance, support growth and post-acquisition integrations, and train junior operations staff. Must be LA-based, onsite 3-4 days weekly, and fluent in Mandarin.

Lead provider coaching, training, and ramping across clinics. Use performance data to create personalized development plans, design scalable education programs, build a provider community, identify and share best practices, and partner on recruiting and onboarding. Travel frequently to deliver hands-on coaching, measure training impact, and drive clinical and business performance.
