Manage inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads and inquiries, convert prospects into booked appointments, coordinate scheduling across multiple med spa locations, document client interactions, track sales activity and conversion metrics, and support promotions, re-engagement campaigns, and appointment reminders. Collaborate with clinic and front desk teams to ensure smooth client handoffs.

Greet and assist medspa clients, manage check-ins, payments, appointments, inquiries, records, phone and email communications, and patient flow. Maintain an organized, welcoming facility and complete opening and closing duties. The role requires strong customer service, multitasking, administrative, and communication skills, with Mandarin fluency required. High performers may advance to a Sales Consultant position.

Leads operational and financial performance for one to two medical aesthetics clinics, tracking KPIs, improving revenue and efficiency, coaching staff, managing clinic systems, supporting vendors, and maintaining licensing and clinical compliance. The role is hands-on and designed to develop into a Director of Operations overseeing approximately seven to eight clinics.
