Leads multi-entity monthly close, GAAP-compliant financial reporting, revenue recognition, cost of services, inventory and acquisition accounting. Supports clinic integrations, internal controls, audits, lender reporting, team guidance, process improvements and NetSuite enhancements. Partners with finance, operations and systems teams to standardize accounting practices and strengthen reporting infrastructure across a growing medical aesthetics platform.

Leads end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts payable, payroll, disbursements, controls, close support, cash outflows, systems optimization, automation, acquisition integrations, and audit readiness. Builds scalable multi-entity processes, ensures payment and payroll accuracy, manages internal controls, and leads the accounting operations team while partnering with Finance, FP&A, HR, and Operations.

Provides operational and project management support for medical aesthetics clinics. Manages marketing implementation plans, SOPs, checklists, KPI tracking, system rollouts, training, and process improvements. Partners with clinic leaders, executives, and vendors to ensure timelines, compliance, and deliverables are met. Supports Zenoti, AesthetixCRM, and other clinic systems while coordinating marketing, technology, clinical, and facilities-related initiatives.
