The Full Stack AI Engineer will develop and maintain AI agents, build clinician-facing products using React and Python frameworks, and manage data infrastructure to support clinical workflows.

Lead and execute multi-workstream projects to open and operate new autism care centers. Drive launch tasks (real estate, hiring, vendor contracts, EMR/HRIS migrations), build repeatable playbooks, support market operations and acquisitions, provide executive-level follow-through for the CEO, and create AI-native automations and documented workflows to scale operations.

Owner and technical lead for ANNA's Salesforce/Lumary platform: configure complex data model and security, build Flow-based automation, manage releases and sandbox testing, ensure HIPAA-compliant data integrity, support integrations and reporting, provide tier-2/3 support and documentation, and collaborate with engineers on API work and AI-driven workflows.

Serve as a remote, Philippines-based generalist operator supporting vendor management, financial operations, clinic logistics, market launches, systems/data reporting, and AI-powered automations. Build SOPs, dashboards, and reusable launch playbooks; own cross-functional projects end-to-end and create Claude-based Projects and workflows to automate repeatable tasks. Partner with US teams across Operations, Finance, People, and Clinical leadership.

Responsible for creating, managing, and adjusting therapy schedules across clinics, ensuring client coverage and optimal staff utilization while handling real-time changes.
