Source passive candidates, run structured screens and interview loops, administer take-home case studies, extend and negotiate offers, and manage ATS, SOPs, and recruiting reporting. Use AI tools to build hiring infrastructure and improve time-to-fill, pipeline quality, and candidate experience while operating at high volume.

Responsible for creating, managing, and adjusting therapy schedules across clinics, ensuring client coverage and optimal staff utilization while handling real-time changes.

Manage intake, scheduling, insurance authorization, evaluator calendars, and report-turnaround for developmental evaluations. Support Clinical Directors with credentialing, supplies, SOPs, systems data integrity, reporting, vendor management, and AI-powered automations to streamline operations and market launches.

Lead a center-based ABA clinic delivering NDBI-informed care for children 18 months–6 years. Oversee clinical quality, supervise BCBAs and Behavior Therapists, manage operations (budgeting, staffing, scheduling, utilization), ensure compliance and documentation, partner with central teams on hiring and finances, and foster team culture and family engagement.
