Source passive candidates, run structured screens and interview loops, administer take-home case studies, extend and negotiate offers, and manage ATS, SOPs, and recruiting reporting. Use AI tools to build hiring infrastructure and improve time-to-fill, pipeline quality, and candidate experience while operating at high volume.

Responsible for creating, managing, and adjusting therapy schedules across clinics, ensuring client coverage and optimal staff utilization while handling real-time changes.

Lead and execute multi-workstream projects to open and operate new autism care centers. Drive launch tasks (real estate, hiring, vendor contracts, EMR/HRIS migrations), build repeatable playbooks, support market operations and acquisitions, provide executive-level follow-through for the CEO, and create AI-native automations and documented workflows to scale operations.
