Provides welcoming reception, client service, and administrative support at a community services site. Responsibilities include assisting vulnerable clients, managing enquiries and referrals, maintaining confidential records, coordinating supplies, mail, contractors, rooms, equipment and maintenance requests, supporting onsite programs, and escalating safety concerns appropriately.

Provides administrative support for residential care facilities, including rostering assistance, records and database maintenance, correspondence, orders, meetings, reception, resident file updates, and basic financial processes. The role serves residents, visitors, couriers, and tradespeople while maintaining compliance with workplace safety and care guidelines.

Lead and manage kitchen and servery operations at an aged care facility: supervise staff, oversee meal preparation and presentation, manage ordering, stock and budgets, ensure HACCP and food safety compliance, support special diets, and drive continuous improvement and resident satisfaction.
