Leads an 18-month enterprise IT integration program following multiple aged-care acquisitions. Responsibilities include developing the technology integration roadmap, managing system migrations and vendor consolidation, overseeing governance, budgets, risks and dependencies, ensuring continuity of care-critical systems, and coordinating architects, analysts, delivery leads, vendors and executives. The role also ensures alignment with cybersecurity, privacy, data governance and regulatory requirements while delivering a unified technology environment.

Provides HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including contracts, employee changes, records, enquiries, compliance checks, Workday data maintenance, invoice processing, reporting, and coordination of student placements and traineeships. The role supports HR stakeholders, ensures accurate and compliant people processes, and contributes to process improvement. It is a casual opportunity working two days per week.
