Coordinates end-to-end tender and grant submissions for community and mission services. Researches funding opportunities, gathers evidence, collaborates with stakeholders on service models, drafts and edits persuasive proposals, tracks submission activity, and ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Requires strong writing, research, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder collaboration skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Design and deliver individual and group lifestyle programs for aged-care residents, promoting social interaction, emotional wellbeing, independence, dignity, and purpose. Collaborate with care teams, nurses, allied health professionals, residents, and families to integrate activities into holistic care plans. The role requires empathy, creativity, activity facilitation skills, relevant health or community-services education, an NDIS Workers Screening Check, and current First Aid certification.

Provide person-centred care to aged-care residents, including personal hygiene, feeding, mobility assistance, companionship, monitoring, documentation, and following care plans. Escalate changes in residents’ conditions, collaborate with nurses and allied health professionals, and protect residents’ dignity, privacy, safety, and independence.
