Design, develop and maintain enterprise integration solutions using Azure services (Logic Apps, API Management, Functions). Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, monitor and optimise the EAI platform, troubleshoot integrations, ensure security and disaster recovery, and support stakeholders with clear communication.

Lead and manage kitchen and servery operations at an aged care facility: supervise staff, oversee meal preparation and presentation, manage ordering, stock and budgets, ensure HACCP and food safety compliance, support special diets, and drive continuous improvement and resident satisfaction.

Manage end-to-end revenue and receivables: set up and maintain client accounts, process payments and fees, investigate discrepancies, support debtor follow-up, assist month- and year-end reconciliations and reporting, and deliver high-quality service to residents, clients, families and stakeholders.
