Provide front-line administrative and customer service support for a retirement village: manage resident enquiries, maintain CRM records, coordinate scheduling, liaise with stakeholders, support KPI and continuous improvement, and promote a safe, inclusive workplace.

Provide person-centred personal care and companionship to aged residents during morning shifts. Assist with showering, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility support, monitoring and documentation, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain residents' dignity and wellbeing.

Design and run person-centred lifestyle programs for aged-care residents: facilitate group and individual activities, support independence and dignity, collaborate with care teams, and build relationships with residents and families.
