Develops and optimizes experimental methods, supports drug efficacy and mechanism-of-action studies, collaborates with CROs and cross-functional teams, maintains compliant research documentation, and mentors junior scientists. Relevant expertise includes musculoskeletal biology, animal models, histology, IHC, molecular biology, genetic modification, and research data integrity.

Supports preclinical pharmacology and drug development through animal disease models, in vivo dosing and sampling, cell culture, gene transfection, molecular biology assays, tissue processing, histology, and immunohistochemistry. Maintains accurate experimental records, organizes raw data, prepares reports and compliance documentation, and coordinates with CROs and internal teams under scientific guidance.

The Executive Director/Vice President, CMC Process R&D leads biologics early-stage development, ensuring strategy, management, and execution from cell line selection through Phase II. They oversee critical development areas and collaborate with senior leadership to align technical strategies with corporate goals.
