职位概述
高级会计负责资金管理、固定资产管理、以及税务管理相关工作。该岗位要求候选人具备高度的细致性、NetSuite 及网银/税务平台实操能力，并能够与内部需求人、供应商、银行、税务机关及审计师进行有效沟通和协调。
工作职责
- 负责公司日常资金管理，包括付款安排、资金调拨、银行流水核对、现金对账及银行资料维护。
- 负责税务申报及税务合规工作，包括增值税、印花税、企业所得税、代扣代缴增值税、发票管理及税务资料准备。
- 负责固定资产及预付款管理，包括资产资本化判断、折旧、摊销、资产台账维护及年度盘点支持。
- 支持月度结账、账务核对、供应商对账、审计资料准备及相关财务运营工作。
- 协助处理银行账户、外汇/FDI/资本金、审计询证函及其他跨部门财务协调事项。
- 负责维护与供应商、银行、税务机关、审计师及内部业务部门的专业合作关系，确保财务流程高效、合规运行。
- 完成上级安排的其他相关工作。
任职资格
- 会计、财务、工商管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 5年以上会计、资金管理/付款、税务申报、对账及财务运营相关实操经验，有生物医药或生命科学行业经验者优先。
- 熟练使用 Excel。具备 NetSuite经验者优先。
- 英文听说读写能力，能够适应全英文工作环境下的文档处理与会议参与。
- 具备良好的沟通和组织协调能力；工作严谨细致，具备多任务并行处理能力，能够在快节奏环境中独立解决问题。

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years accounting experience including funds management, payments, tax filing, reconciliations, and financial operations
- Experience managing fixed assets and prepayments (capitalization, depreciation, amortization, asset ledger, inventory support)
- Proficiency with Excel
- NetSuite experience
- Experience in biopharmaceuticals or life sciences industry
- English reading, writing, speaking ability for all-English documentation and meetings
- Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and independent problem-solving skills
- Experience coordinating with vendors, banks, tax authorities, and auditors
