Administers and enhances Workday Financial Management, Accounting Center, and Adaptive Planning systems. Configures financial processes, security, reporting, dashboards, integrations, and planning models; supports audits, controls, testing, data migrations, and user acceptance testing. Partners with Finance, Accounting, HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, improve processes, support budgeting and forecasting, and deliver training and documentation.

Provides confidential, high-level administrative support to multiple executives, including calendar and travel coordination, meeting and event planning, communications, records management, data analysis, budget reporting, and special project oversight. Serves as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, manages competing priorities, supports executive presentations and speaking engagements, and may direct other administrative staff. Requires discretion, professionalism, strong organization, communication, relationship management, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Develop and execute end-to-end creative concepts and design strategies for digital, print, and animated marketing and internal communications. Maintain brand standards, produce high-impact collateral, present solutions to stakeholders, manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and share design trends to drive innovation and consistency.
