Selects and verifies beer and spirits orders, manages inventory counts, rotates and replenishes products, stages customer orders, and handles damaged goods and returns. Operates distribution center equipment safely, maintains clean work areas, and follows product-handling and safety procedures. The role requires physical lifting, frequent movement, basic computer and inventory-system use, a valid driver’s license, and previous distribution center experience.

Provides confidential, high-level administrative support to multiple executives, including calendar and travel coordination, meeting and event planning, communications, records management, data analysis, budget reporting, and special project oversight. Serves as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, manages competing priorities, supports executive presentations and speaking engagements, and may direct other administrative staff. Requires discretion, professionalism, strong organization, communication, relationship management, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Develop and execute end-to-end creative concepts and design strategies for digital, print, and animated marketing and internal communications. Maintain brand standards, produce high-impact collateral, present solutions to stakeholders, manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and share design trends to drive innovation and consistency.
