Design and build mechanical hardware and fixtures, define validation requirements, create and execute test cases, implement test automation, collect and analyze test data, support tester bring-up and failure analysis, document procedures and results, communicate with cross-functional teams, and troubleshoot mechanical issues.

Design, integrate, and validate complex automated systems by selecting controllers, robotics, vision, and motion components. Develop machine control software, state machine diagrams, and project documentation; troubleshoot and commission systems. Provide design direction, lead engineers on projects, and assist with proposals and estimates.

Support recruiting and HR operations including sourcing, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS data maintenance (Rippling, Absorb, Trakstar), compliance reporting (EEOC, OSHA, 401k), employee relations support, job description maintenance, event coordination, and ad-hoc HR tasks. Role is junior, starts in recruiting and expands into broader HR responsibilities.
