Manage strategic client accounts in the Capital Markets and Treasury Banking technology sector. Build trusted relationships, assess client needs, advise on technology solutions, develop account plans, and identify upselling, cross-selling, and net-new revenue opportunities. Maintain CRM records and forecasts, coordinate with internal teams, support solution design and marketing activities, and provide industry insights to drive client satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

Manage commercial, financial, operational, and accounting activities, including project profitability, budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, reconciliations, tax and VAT compliance, invoicing, debtor and creditor management, audit support, and process improvement. The role oversees monthly and annual reporting, supports strategic planning, ensures financial records comply with regulations, and provides recommendations to improve business profitability and efficiency.

Designs, deploys, and manages secure, scalable, highly available AWS and hybrid cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include infrastructure architecture, Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, cloud security, cost optimization, platform operations, backups, disaster recovery, system upgrades, and third-party integrations. The role also guides technical teams, establishes engineering best practices, mentors staff, and coordinates the Platform Services team’s daily work.

Deliver business and system analysis for capital markets clients, translating requirements into functional and technical solutions. Support Front Office processes (position management, pricing, portfolio hierarchies), collaborate with trading stakeholders, and ensure implementations meet client needs and quality standards while maintaining domain expertise in Global Markets and Treasury.

Graduates specialise into a business unit for technical training and client exposure, preparing for systems analysis or software engineering roles.

Lead the design, implementation, and operation of hybrid cloud platforms (primarily AWS). Define architecture and platform strategy, enforce IaC and security best practices, manage shared cloud services, run CI/CD and automation, mentor the platform team, manage backups and recoverability, and act as technical gatekeeper for platform requests to ensure scalable, available, and secure infrastructure.
