Manage and grow strategic client accounts in Capital Markets and Treasury Banking. Serve as primary client contact, design tailored technology solutions, maintain CRM records and forecasts, collaborate with internal teams, drive upsell/cross-sell and net new revenue, and develop account plans and market insights.

Provide capital markets domain expertise to elicit client requirements, design and deliver Front Arena system solutions using configuration or development (Python), perform testing and verification, document and train users, support post-implementation, and engage stakeholders while continuously developing system analysis skills.
