Leads metal finishing operations including grinding, polishing, sanding, blending, inspection, and defect repair. Sets up and operates finishing equipment, interprets drawings and specifications, coordinates department workloads, trains employees, supports quality and productivity improvements, and communicates technical information. Requires at least five years of finishing or related experience, strong attention to detail, and forklift and crane licenses.

The Machinist III sets up and operates CNC machinery for precision fabrication, interpreting blueprints, monitoring quality, and maintaining equipment.

The Estimator prepares cost estimates for metal components by analyzing metrics, performing risk assessments, and using ERP systems, while collaborating with teams and vendors.

Perform grinding, polishing, and metal finishing on manufactured parts and assemblies while adhering to safety and quality standards. Use tools to detect defects, set up equipment, and manage finishing processes. Train and mentor junior finishers, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

CNC Lathe Operator responsible for planning, setting up, and performing CNC machining operations while ensuring part specifications and quality through inspection and documentation.
