Leads quality assurance activities across customer and supplier issues, audits, SCARs, CAPAs, calibration, production testing, and corrective actions. Develops quality policies, procedures, work instructions, and improvement plans using statistical analysis and Lean Manufacturing principles. Inspects materials and electrical systems, identifies root causes, tracks quality goals, supports compliance audits, and collaborates with internal and external teams to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

Supports pharma and bioprocessing equipment orders from intake through completion. Coordinates engineering, procurement, manufacturing, subcontracting, delivery, customer communications, schedules, change orders, project trackers, dashboards, scorecards, and financial tracking. The role identifies risks, manages customer commitments, supports approvals and FAT/SAT coordination, and helps maintain predictable delivery. It is designed for recent graduates working onsite in a manufacturing environment.

Design Engineers create manufacturable 3D models, drawings, BOMs and prototypes for stainless steel equipment, perform engineering calculations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, coordinate with production, QA, sourcing, and project managers, and support customer interactions and installations. Senior engineers lead complex designs and mentor others.
