Manage client onboarding and implementation for resident billing, utility expense management, and vacant cost recovery services. Set up properties in the billing platform, ensure accurate and timely process completion, explain technical concepts to clients, provide training and presentations, coordinate with team members, and support process improvement. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities remotely.

Build strategic relationships across the multifamily and property management industries, generate revenue and sales pipeline, identify new business opportunities, support customer demos, create sales enablement content, recruit partners, and provide thought leadership through industry events, speaking engagements, and strategic account initiatives.

Own full sales cycle for multifamily operators: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close deals. Drive strategic, consultative selling across multi-stakeholder buying groups, maintain CRM forecasting, and partner cross-functionally for onboarding and account success to improve client NOI and revenue recovery.
