Provide project controls support across scope, schedule, budget, and risk. Duties include scheduling, budget tracking and forecasting using earned value, contract and deliverable coordination, invoicing, client and subconsultant coordination, meeting facilitation, and project reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide project controls support across scope, schedule, budget, and risk. Maintain schedules, track deliverables, monitor budgets using EVM, coordinate teams, subconsultants, and finance, prepare contracts/amendments, and assist project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage day-to-day accounts payable processes including invoice processing, vendor setup, reconciliations, leading 1099 and ACH/check payments, supporting month-/year-end activities, and assisting cash forecasting and payment research.

Design and support coastal engineering and flood resiliency projects including shoreline protection, dredging, marsh restoration, and nature-based solutions. Perform numerical modeling, prepare concept designs, construction drawings, reports, cost estimates, and specifications. Mentor junior engineers, manage project teams, coordinate with clients, and perform field site visits.
