Manage day-to-day accounts payable processes including invoice processing, vendor setup, reconciliations, leading 1099 and ACH/check payments, supporting month-/year-end activities, and assisting cash forecasting and payment research.

The Project Accountant II coordinates invoicing with project managers and clients, maintains budgets, assists in financial reporting, and ensures timely accounts receivable collections. The role requires collaboration with project teams and strong analytical skills.

The Proposal Manager will develop high-quality proposals and statements of qualifications to support business strategy, manage proposal delivery, and ensure client alignment.
