Lead wetland and aquatic resource studies, field surveys, environmental reporting, permitting, mitigation planning, and post-construction monitoring. Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, contracts, client relationships, regulatory coordination, technical quality assurance, and multidisciplinary teams. Mentor wetland scientists and habitat specialists while supporting business development and restoration practice growth.

Leads wetland and aquatic resource studies, field surveys, environmental documentation, permitting, mitigation, restoration monitoring, and regulatory coordination. Manages project scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, client relationships, multidisciplinary teams, and technical quality control. Mentors wetland scientists and habitat specialists while supporting business development, proposal preparation, technical presentations, and ecological restoration projects for public- and private-sector clients.

Design and support coastal engineering and flood resiliency projects including shoreline protection, dredging, marsh restoration, and nature-based solutions. Perform numerical modeling, prepare concept designs, construction drawings, reports, cost estimates, and specifications. Mentor junior engineers, manage project teams, coordinate with clients, and perform field site visits.
