Provides security services at an industrial paper mill, including access control, gatehouse operations, CCTV monitoring, site patrols, incident response, inspections, visitor assistance, and detailed reporting. The role requires compliance with site procedures, professional customer service, and escalation of serious incidents. Shifts follow a four-on, four-off pattern averaging 42 hours weekly, with day and night availability.

Provides on-site security through patrols, monitoring, incident response, reporting, loss prevention, and enforcement of site procedures. Serves as a professional first point of contact for visitors, tenants, contractors, and staff, handling queries and conflict appropriately. Performs basic cleaning to maintain safe and presentable premises. Requires a valid frontline SIA DS or SG licence, five-year checkable employment history, customer service experience, communication skills, reliability, and flexibility.
