Provides technical leadership for enterprise GEOINT systems engineering across national security programs. Leads requirements engineering, architecture, systems integration, testing, cloud and hybrid infrastructure assessments, modernization, trade studies, and engineering planning. Advises government stakeholders, translates mission needs into technical solutions, supports DoD/IC acquisition environments, and mentors systems engineers across complex organizational boundaries.

Supports AI/ML Quality Assurance Framework efforts for intelligence missions by evaluating documentation, tradecraft compliance, testing, bias, fairness, and deployment practices. Develops data-mining and predictive algorithms, advises on data management, maintains documentation repositories, translates technical materials into compliant language, and provides training. Collaborates with analysts, developers, and stakeholders on AI/ML model evaluation, knowledge graphs, data engineering, and capability development within government intelligence environments.

Provides full-time onsite executive, personnel, and office operations support for Department of War CIO BOND program personnel. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding and offboarding, security and access actions, scheduling, correspondence, records management, travel coordination in DTS, equipment and supply tracking, SharePoint updates, documentation, and special projects. The role supports senior leaders and requires independent prioritization, strong organizational skills, DoW process knowledge, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Analyzes and strengthens the defense microelectronics industrial base through digital engineering, cloud and EDA platform oversight, acquisition strategy, program monitoring, and supply-chain resiliency assessments. Develops strategic analyses, white papers, briefings, and recommendations for senior government leaders while coordinating with government, industry, laboratories, and research organizations. Tracks milestones, risks, budgets, schedules, and performance across funded projects and supports IBAS, DPA, and related DoD initiatives.

Manages federal accounts and territories, oversees opportunity qualification and pursuit execution, develops forecasts and growth plans, and builds relationships with government and industry stakeholders. Coaches business development professionals and ensures achievement of pipeline, revenue, qualification, and win-rate objectives.

Leads federal capture and proposal activities from opportunity research and win strategy through submission and post-submission review. Develops customer-focused messaging, discriminators, compliance matrices, schedules, templates, and proposal content. Coordinates SMEs, reviews, solutioning sessions, oral rehearsals, and executive reviews while ensuring compliant, compelling submissions. Monitors federal contracting trends and uses tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to improve proposal quality and competitiveness.

The role requires extensive defense policy experience, staff officer background, tactical communications expertise, and an active TS/SCI clearance. It is full-time onsite in Alexandria, Virginia.

Supports a Department of War CIO organization by developing and improving policies, procedures, governance documentation, and administrative processes. Manages executive task tracking, calendars, priorities, SharePoint records, and knowledge resources. Coordinates meetings, working groups, stakeholder engagements, strategic forums, and workforce activities. Maintains personnel records, prepares executive materials, and uses CATMS or similar systems to track organizational actions and promote policy compliance.

Supports the MARFORPAC G-35 Future Operations Directorate by coordinating battle rhythms, meetings, staff actions, operational planning teams, calendars, and workflow. Applies advanced statistical and mathematical methods to intelligence and AI assurance challenges. Develops models, simulations, metrics, sampling and experimental designs; processes complex datasets; automates analytical workflows; and evaluates AI performance, fairness, robustness, and reliability through TEVV. Reviews technical documentation, identifies risks and deficiencies, produces analytical assessments, and briefs quantitative findings to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
