Provides budget, financial, programmatic, and resource management support for Department of War nuclear, chemical, and biological defense programs. Responsibilities include PPBE and POM development, budget exhibit review, appropriations analysis, resource execution, financial systems data entry, policy guidance, Congressional briefing support, and engagement with senior government officials. The role requires extensive defense budgeting experience, active Secret clearance, and expertise in RDT&E, Procurement, and O&M appropriations.

Provides operational, correspondence, and executive task management support for senior Department of War leadership. Manages classified and unclassified correspondence workflows in CATMS, tracks suspenses, prepares metrics and briefing materials, supports training and process improvements, and coordinates administrative functions including HR, IT, security, facilities, access, inventories, and SCIF maintenance.

Provides senior-level financial management and budget execution support for Navy programs. Responsibilities include monitoring obligations, commitments, expenditures, and financial benchmarks; performing reconciliations and financial analysis; maintaining documentation; assessing business processes; recommending improvements; and coordinating with Government stakeholders using N-ERP. The role requires extensive Navy financial management experience, strong analytical skills, and an active DoD Secret clearance.
