Provides technical leadership to testing teams, develops test strategies and frameworks, oversees DevOps pipeline integration, investigates defects, validates system readiness, ensures requirements traceability, and advises government stakeholders on risks and results.

Coordinates executive governance forums for senior Department of War leaders, including agendas, briefing materials, scheduling, meeting minutes, action-item tracking, SharePoint maintenance, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement. Supports timely information sharing and decision follow-through across government organizations while resolving meeting coordination and governance issues.
