Manages dealership and vendor systems, builds customized reports, administers dealership applications, trains staff, and delivers executive-ready KPI analyses. Extracts, models, and compares operational performance data against regional and manufacturer benchmarks, maintains recurring reports, ensures data integrity, and conducts targeted data mining and ad hoc analyses to identify business opportunities.

Leads hands-on full-stack development across architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and support. Designs secure, scalable C#/.NET and Angular applications, cloud integrations, APIs, and data solutions on AWS. Guides developers, establishes engineering standards, manages CI/CD and automated testing, troubleshoots complex issues, and drives cloud optimization, security, and technical debt reduction. Collaborates with product, architecture, DevOps, analytics, and project teams while supporting migration of on-premises applications to AWS.

Provides end-user technical support across more than 30 locations through phone, email, and remote tools. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, networking, printers, Active Directory, Entra ID, and VPN issues; documenting and managing service desk tickets; training users; escalating complex problems; supporting critical systems after hours; and traveling occasionally.

Lead a development team while remaining hands-on in full-stack engineering. Design, build, test, deploy, and support secure web applications using C#/.NET, Angular, databases, and AWS. Drive cloud migrations, architecture, CI/CD automation, application security, troubleshooting, performance and cost optimization. Mentor developers, establish engineering standards, lead technical delivery, and collaborate with product, data, DevOps, and architecture teams.

Manage the dealership’s CDK Drive dealer management system, including administration, access controls, troubleshooting, updates, and employee training. Lead the application IT help desk, coordinate vendors and corporate IT, and maintain workplace hardware and network peripherals. Build, maintain, and distribute customized operational reports using CDK and third-party applications while ensuring data accuracy and integrity for executive and department leadership.

Oversee the dealership’s CDK Drive dealer management system, including access administration, troubleshooting, updates, user training, and onboarding. Manage application help desk operations, hardware, peripherals, and IT vendor coordination. Build and distribute customized reports, maintain data integrity, and provide business intelligence to executives and department leaders.
