Leads European sales growth for power and motion technologies by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, managing distributors and sales engineering resources, and achieving revenue and profit targets. Develops territory strategies, sales pipelines, forecasts, market intelligence, customer training, and product design-in opportunities. Requires substantial regional travel, technical product knowledge, and a proven record of expanding market share and closing complex industrial sales.

Supports manufacturing of complex security inspection equipment by improving production processes, applying Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methods, resolving production issues, maintaining manufacturing bills of materials and work instructions, evaluating replacement parts, monitoring quality and safety standards, and coordinating cross-functional technical solutions. The role works closely with shop-floor manufacturing and service teams while tracking technical and schedule performance.

Provides HR generalist and advisory support across the UK, Europe, India, and UAE. Responsibilities include employment law guidance, recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, absence management, talent development, policy administration, visa application support, and HR record maintenance. The role advises managers, supports workplace culture and wellbeing, coaches stakeholders, and contributes to HR strategy and consultation processes. Occasional travel to UK sites is required.
