Design and document mixed-signal PCB, interface, and power electronics; create BOMs and schematics; write test plans, run verification and compliance tests; support production and resolve customer technical issues.

Lead end-to-end delivery of software implementation and systems-integration projects for field service and enterprise business applications. Manage scope, timelines, risks, budgets, stakeholders, vendors, and quality assurance while coordinating across IT, Operations, and Field Service teams. Drive process improvements, change management, documentation, and governance to ensure successful system performance and operational transitions.

The Senior Program Manager will lead product development efforts for RF power amplifiers, coordinating multi-functional teams, managing risks, budgets, and timelines to deliver quality products.
