Lead the Manufacturing Engineering function, managing technical teams and driving manufacturing performance, automation, Lean and Six Sigma improvements. Oversee process development, validation, tooling, NPI, DFM/DFA, production readiness, problem resolution, risk management, and continuous improvement. Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Product Engineering, Program Management, Finance, and vendors to improve capacity, quality, cost, delivery, reliability, and scalability. Develop the manufacturing engineering roadmap and build long-term technical capability.

Develop detection, classification, image analysis, and AI/ML algorithms for security screening systems. Build data analysis, testing, validation, and model improvement tools; research emerging machine learning and deep learning methods; and collaborate with engineering teams to transition concepts from research into production. The role also requires technical documentation, stakeholder communication, and contributions to aviation and homeland security technologies.

Lead global cybersecurity operations across identity, endpoint, network, cloud, and data environments. Manage security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, secure configuration, IAM/PAM, security tooling, audit evidence, and vendor partnerships. Establish operational KPIs, support NIST and CIS compliance, coordinate testing and resilience exercises, and oversee 24/7 monitoring. Manage and mentor cybersecurity analysts while partnering with IT, infrastructure, engineering, compliance, and external providers to strengthen enterprise security.
