Leads all park operations through three Operations Managers, overseeing safety, staffing, scheduling, labor, guest service, budgets, KPIs, and operational performance. Partners with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve efficiency, and manage emergencies, peak seasons, and special events. Maintains operational standards across attractions, transportation, security, guest services, and facilities while developing leaders and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
