Lead and supervise lift operators to ensure safe, efficient scenic lift operations. Conduct equipment inspections, train staff on safety and procedures, manage guest boarding and crowd control, respond to emergencies, maintain records, and provide excellent guest service.

Lead creative development, design oversight, and production of immersive themed entertainment and seasonal events. Manage casting, writing, scenic design, AV, vendors, fabrication, budgets (expense and capital), and cross-functional collaboration. Provide leadership, vendor negotiation, and operational oversight from concept through installation and ongoing operation.

Supervise zipline operations and guest safety, lead and train staff, assist with hiring/onboarding, manage reservations and facility readiness, perform safety inspections, and address guest concerns.

Greet guests, control park access, conduct visual and mechanical bag searches, operate walkthrough and handheld screening devices, perform secondary screenings, report suspicious activity, provide basic guest assistance, work outdoors for extended periods, and follow Security core values and procedures.

Supervise daily front-of-house food and beverage operations: assign tasks, train staff, monitor labor and food quality, maintain cleanliness and safety, and ensure excellent guest service.

Perform as a costumed character or stilt-walker at seasonal festivals: attend rehearsals, take direction, interact with guests to create memorable moments, perform outdoors in full costume in varied weather, support the entertainment team, and be available weekends, evenings, holidays. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and pass a background check if 18+.
