Supervise mountain coaster operations, ensuring guest and employee safety, compliance, staffing, training, scheduling, and efficient daily operations. Monitor loading and unloading, weather protocols, equipment conditions, inventories, expenses, logs, incident reports, and work areas. Counsel and evaluate staff, support hiring activities, assist with setup and shutdown, and help other park areas as needed. The role requires outdoor work in all weather, physical stamina, flexible scheduling, and a strong safety-focused, professional attitude.

Supervise daily dining operations: assign tasks, train and mentor staff, monitor labor and staffing, ensure food quality, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness, foster guest-focused service, assist across restaurant roles, and perform physical tasks in outdoor, seasonal conditions.

Support and maintain POS platforms (Galaxy, Infogenesis, Eatec, Yellowdog); troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; configure terminals, menus, pricing and access; manage integrations, deployments, patches, reporting and documentation; provide end-user training and vendor coordination; ensure security compliance and participate in on-call/after-hours support.

Supervise and lead the Adventure Maintenance team to inspect, maintain, repair, and install park attractions and equipment. Manage staffing, schedules, and payroll; diagnose mechanical, electrical, and structural issues; maintain records; train staff in maintenance, climbing, and rescue procedures; and prioritize safety and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and guest impact.

Supervise zipline operations and guest safety, lead and train staff, assist with hiring/onboarding, manage reservations and facility readiness, perform safety inspections, and address guest concerns.

Supervise and train Adventure Rangers, ensure guest safety and positive experiences, open/close adventure elements, assist with hiring, scheduling, evaluations, timesheets, and maintain element cleanliness. Perform guest-facing duties and enforce safety rules while working outdoors and at heights.

Receive, inspect, and store food and beverage supplies; prepare and portion ingredients; maintain inventory records and rotate stock using FIFO; ensure sanitation, safety, and clean storage; operate mixers, slicers, and refrigeration; assist kitchen and F&B staff with prep and events; perform physical tasks and follow food safety regulations.

Control park access and conduct guest screening using visual and mechanical checks and screening devices. Greet guests, provide basic directions, report concerns, adapt to crowd flow, handle lost property, and work outdoors for extended periods while upholding security values.
