Guide zipline tours by inspecting courses and safety equipment, fitting guests with PPE, delivering safety briefings, and leading groups through the course. Maintain safe, clean operating areas, report issues, manage tour timing, follow company procedures, and provide excellent guest service. The role requires outdoor work in all weather, physical strength, climbing and balancing ability, and availability for varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Receive, inspect, store, and organize food and beverage supplies for multiple dining locations. Prepare and portion ingredients, maintain inventory records, rotate stock using FIFO, operate commissary equipment safely, and support kitchen teams with daily service, special orders, and events. Maintain clean storage areas while following sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety standards. The role requires physical labor, lifting up to 50 pounds, extended standing, and flexibility for weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Patrols an outdoor theme park, identifies and responds to safety, security, medical, and wildlife incidents, prevents unauthorized access, provides emergency assistance, documents incidents, coordinates with law enforcement, and maintains a visible guest-facing security presence. Requires armed security registration, firearm equipment, physical stamina, flexible shift availability, emergency response capability, and strong observation, communication, reporting, and de-escalation skills.
